In respect of providing vehicle data-related services, MotorPlus is an Intermediary in terms of Section 2(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Double Slash Internet Pvt. Ltd. is the legal entity of MotorPlus.

In the event of any inaccuracies or discrepancies in the vehicle details provided through MotorPlus, users agree that MotorPlus shall not be held liable or responsible.
Users are advised to exercise their own judgment and discretion when relying on the information provided by MotorPlus. Any use of the information for illegal or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited, and MotorPlus disclaims any liability arising from such use.

It is hereby agreed by both the User and MotorPlus that all applicable laws shall be complied with.
Any products or services purchased or utilised on the MotorPlus platform including payment gateway requests do not qualify for refund or cancellation. Any grievance in this respect can be raised to MotorPlus on the particulars specified in the ‘Contact Us’ section and MotorPlus shall try to resolve the disputes expeditiously in consultation with its third-party vendors/partners. However, the User shall not be eligible for any monetary refund or cancellation to this effect.
The User shall indemnify, hold harmless and release MotorPlus, and any of its partners, agents, employees, officers, shareholders, affiliates and assigns against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs and expenses including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, of third parties relating to or arising out of your use or misuse of the Website, any violation by the User of these stipulated terms and conditions, or any breach of representations, warranties and covenants made by the User. The terms of this provision will survive any termination or cancellation of this Agreement or your use of the Website.
