• Vehicle Data: MotorPlus may collect certain vehicle data of User which is sourced from multiple channels, including publicly available databases, user-generated data, and third-party contracts.
• Your Personal Information: Personal Information is the information that can be associated with a specific person and could be used to identify that specific person whether from that data, or from the data and other information that we have, or is likely to have access to. We do not consider personal information to include information that has been made anonymous or aggregated so that it can no longer be used to identify a specific person.
• Usage Data: Information about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Services, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies and web beacons.

Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) furnished by the User during signing up on the Site or subsequently, including but not limited to, Email address, Full Name, Mobile number, Physical address, Aadhaar ID Number is collected by the Company while a User signs up on the Site or thereafter.

• Insurance Companies & Brokers: To generate quotes, process policy renewals, or issue new insurance policies.
• Fastag Issuers: To facilitate the issuance or recharge of Fastags.
• RTO & Challan Services: To fetch or process vehicle-related documentation.

Unlike generic browsing data, when you request a specific transaction (like buying insurance), sharing your data with the respective provider is necessary to fulfill that service.

Non-Personal and Statistical Data

Personal Information stored by the Website is also used for analyzing statistical data to enhance the functionality of the Platform. Once this information is no longer necessary, it is promptly deleted from our servers. As far as the Non-Personal Information of our Users is concerned, MotorPlus may disclose such information to our trusted partners/affiliates in case the User consents to it, who shall comply with this Privacy Policy and relevant laws. MotorPlus shall ensure that the Personal Information is kept separate from the Non-Personal Information.

Document Uploads

MotorPlus has introduced a feature of uploading various documents to help create a repository for the ease of our Users. Uploading of any document by the User shall tantamount to consent on part of the User to allow MotorPlus to save these documents on its backend servers for simplifying access and availability of these documents for the User on the Website. MotorPlus undertakes to maintain the privacy of these documents under all reasonable circumstances within its control. However, if the document upload is related to a service request (e.g., uploading RC for Insurance), such documents may be shared with the relevant third-party provider to process your request.

The Website uses third-party services that may collect Non-Personal information of the User or data that is publicly available from multiple channels. We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
